Girl talk

Normally it's my turn for a card at QKR Stampede on a Saturday. Last week was a hectic one for me, so i only finished my Saturday card on Monday :-)
Though the name of the stamp (24002 Wizard bear - from QKR Stampede) seems a little "masculine", the pink fairy dress and painted fingernails turned this bear into an adorable female wizard :-)
I used a sketch from Inspirational Card Sketches for the card.

Calender month 1
I was asked to make a birthday calender. I've been moving it to the bottom of my "to-do-pile" for some time now, because I don't really now how to tackle this. I'm not supposed to work with real photos. So if I don't use a photo, what do I use? It's going to be A4-sized. What you see here, will be the top part of the first month, while the blank calender will be the bottom half. I think I'm going to bind it with rings.
* cut out a big circle from pattern paper, and strips of 3 other papers
* print digital images from generous sponser on the blogs
* distressed and chalked edges, mounted on dark green cardstock
